Warranties, Exchanges & Returns
AKKO Sports products are meticulously tested and are covered by a warranty on manufacturing defects for one year after purchase.
Any equipment affected by a manufacturing defect will be either exchanged or repaired depending on the damage, free of any extra charge to our clients. Contact us at email@example.com with details on the issue affecting your equipment. If possible attach a picture of the damaged equipment.
We do not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear. Any damage caused by a dog (chewing), damage due to a sharp object cutting or piercing one of our products, or any damage resulting from inadequate use of our equipment is not covered. Any modifications to our equipment by yourself or a third party terminates AKKO Sports warranty.
Do not hesitate to contact us so we can help you find a solution to your problem, even if it is not covered by the warranty.
Exchanges and Returns
For exchanges or returns of merchandise purchased from our online store, contact us within 10 business days after the reception of your order at firstname.lastname@example.org. No articles returned without prior contacting us will be exchanged. Shipping costs related to the exchange or return are to be paid by the client. We will not accept returned goods without authorization. Returns approved past the 10 business day after reception policy will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
If you purchased equipment from one of our associated retailers, you must proceed directly with them for your exchange.
Returned equipment must be in new condition, clean and clear of hair.
